Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Developer to design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Salesforce development, hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce APIs, and a solid understanding of modern web technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build scalable and reusable solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.




- Work with Git or other version control systems for source code management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team discussions while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Aura Components or Salesforce integrations is preferred.
