Role & responsibilities :

- We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager - Quality to join our team in overseeing the quality control processes for our residential real estate projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a robust attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our projects.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for residential real estate projects
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any quality issues
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Train and mentor team members on quality control processes

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in quality control within the real estate industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
