Role Overview

- The Senior Architect will be responsible for design development, residential planning, and coordination with consultants and clients. The Senior Architect Draughtsman will focus on working drawings, detailing, and technical coordination. Both roles require strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage site supervision and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Planning
- Develop residential layouts and architectural designs.
- Prepare working drawings and coordinate with MEP consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with DCPR 2034 and UDCPR guidelines.
- Technical & Drafting
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentation materials.
- Support project documentation and technical detailing.
- Coordination
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients.




- Conduct site visits for supervision and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Provide inputs during project execution to resolve design/technical issues.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation tools.
- Strong design skills, particularly in residential planning and layouts.
- Basic knowledge of DCPR 2034 and UDCPR regulations.
- Ability to prepare and review working drawings.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in site supervision and consultant coordination.

Experience Requirement

- Sr. Architect: 37 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
