About the Role This isn't a typical Senior Executive role. You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer. You will work at the intersection of commercial contracting, legal operations, process innovation, and ensuring compliance in one of India's most dynamic fintech companies. This role exists to strengthen the legal team's contracting capabilities while ensuring seamless legal operations across the organization. You will partner closely with business teams, support strategic product initiatives, and help build scalable legal processes that enable CoinDCX's next phase of growth.

- Drive end-to-end review, negotiation, execution, and closure of commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements, and other business contracts.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, Product, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Ventures, and other business functions to understand requirements and provide practical legal solutions.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on emerging technologies, fintech developments, virtual digital assets, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Own legal operations processes, including contract lifecycle management (CLM), SpotDraft administration, contract repository management, invoice tracking, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with external law firms and legal advisors while managing legal deliverables, due diligence exercises and compliance reviews.

You'll Excel in This Role

- Hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law from a reputed institution.
- Have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracting,



legal operations, or in-house legal roles.
- Bring strong legal and commercial acumen with the ability to balance business objectives and legal risk.
- Have prior experience in the fintech, technology, payments, or digital assets industry (preferred).
- Are a highly organized multitasker who can effectively manage legal operations alongside contract review responsibilities.
- Demonstrate robust stakeholder management skills and can collaborate seamlessly across teams.
- Possess excellent drafting, negotiation, legal research, and communication skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and exhibit a strong ownership mindset.
- Are a team player who enjoys solving complex business and legal challenges collaboratively.
