- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including sales teams, branch managers, and other internal partners.

Job Requirements :

- 4-15 years of experience in banking or fintech industry with a focus on consumer products like current accounts, saving accounts, or CASA deposits.
- Proven track record of success in acquiring recent customers through innovative marketing campaigns or partnerships.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines) and ability to apply this knowledge effectively in product development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
