Role & responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot windows OS, Microsoft 365, outlook, teams and business applications.
- Manage Active directory, user accounts, DNS, DHCP, Group policy and exchange online.
- Monitor windows servers, backups, system health, and infrastructure performances
- Handle ITSM tickets, resolve incidents within SLA and perform root cause analysis.
- Support LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation and coordinate with vendors.
