Job Responsibilities Local Purchase Material Arrangement Coordinate with vendors for local purchases Arrange materials as per requirement Ensure timely procurement of required items Material Issuance Issue materials tools and spare parts to service engineers Maintain accurate records of issued items Ensure proper documentation for material movement Courier Dispatch Tracking Pack and send materials via courier as per requirement Maintain courier records and track shipments Inventory Control Regularly update stock levels in the inventory system Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials Reordering Materials Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock items Generate purchase requisitions for replenishment Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
