The Project Manager Civil is responsible for planning executing monitoring and completing civil construction projects within defined timelines budgets and quality standards The role requires solid leadership technical expertise and coordination with multiple stakeholders including clients consultants contractors and internal teams Key Responsibilities1 Project Planning Coordination Prepare project plans schedules WBS and resource allocation plans Coordinate with consultants architects for drawings approvals and technical clarifications Define project scope milestones and deliverables 2 Execution Site Management Oversee day-to-day execution of civil works as per design and specifications Ensure compliance with quality standards safety norms and construction procedures Monitor progress against schedule initiate corrective actions to avoid delays Supervise site engineers supervisors and subcontractors 3 Cost Resource Management Prepare and monitor project budgets Control material consumption manpower deployment and equipment usage Validate contractor bills RA bills and manage cost variations claims 4 Quality Safety Assurance Conduct regular quality checks for RCC structural finishing and infrastructure works Ensure adherence to QA QC plans and statutory regulations Implement safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks safety audits 5 Client Vendor Stakeholder Management Liaise with clients authorities and external agencies for approvals and inspections Manage vendors subcontractors evaluate performance and resolve issues Conduct progress review meetings and prepare DPR WPR MPR 6 Documentation Reporting Maintain project records reports drawings and documentation Prepare project progress reports cash flow statements and MIS reports Ensure timely project handover and close-out documentation Qualifications BE B Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering 8-15 years of experience in civil construction project management experience range can be adjusted Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction processes and industry standards Proficiency in MS Project Primavera AutoCAD and MS Office Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve site challenges Strong analytical planning and problem-solving capabilities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
