Job Title Project Manager - Drilling Infrastructure Projects Location Head Office with limited travel to project sites as required Experience Required 5 years Construction Infrastructure Drilling Government Projects Industry Groundwater Drilling Civil Infrastructure Works About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and streamline our drilling and infrastructure projects being executed across India The role involves guiding office and site teams for optimal execution establishing robust systems for data flow and ensuring projects are executed efficiently accurately and in a well-documented manner You will manage a team define workflows monitor progress and ensure that technical operational and commercial data is captured seamlessly Key Responsibilities Guide and supervise office and site teams for smooth project execution Establish and monitor systems for data collection reporting and documentation Ensure daily weekly project data progress resources costs issues is received accurately and on time Track schedules milestones and deliverables across projects Coordinate between engineering procurement accounts and site teams Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Support techno-commercial decision making related to execution Maintain records required for billing client submissions and audits Occasional site visits when required Desired Profile Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in construction drilling infrastructure projects Prior exposure to Government tendered works and procurement-driven projects Understanding of execution workflows measurements billing and documentation Robust organizational and communication skills Techno-commercial mindset Comfortable working with spreadsheets reports and digital data systems What We Offer Leadership role with high responsibility Exposure to large-scale projects Growth-oriented environment Competitive compensation based on experience Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
