Accord Travels is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join us as a Travel Executive In this role you will be at the forefront of our operations assisting clients with travel reservations and ensuring their journey is hassle-free If you have a passion for travel excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service we want to hear from you Responsibilities Booking and Reservation Assist clients with booking flights hotels rental cars and other travel-related services Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations Provide recommendations based on client preferences and needs Customer Support Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Provide travel advice and alternatives to meet client expectations Assist clients with changes or modifications to their reservations Documentation and Coordination Maintain organized records of all travel reservations Prepare and distribute necessary documentation to clients Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination Stay Informed Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends regulations and product knowledge Contribute to team discussions for continuous improvement of services Qualifications Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is preferred Previous experience in travel reservations or customer service is an advantage Solid organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously If you are enthusiastic about travel dedicated to providing excellent service and ready to contribute to creating unforgettable experiences we invite you to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
