About the Role We are seeking a detail-focused technically strong Estimation Executive to handle BOQ preparation cost estimation quotation submissions for our fire-safety MEP-related projects This is a fully office-based role requiring strong numerical accuracy understanding of project specifications Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed Bill of Quantity BOQ based on drawings project specifications and site inputs Estimate material quantities labour requirements overall project cost Prepare submit accurate quotations within scheduled timelines Coordinate with the engineering procurement teams for pricing technical inputs Maintain updated cost databases vendor rates material lists Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards company guidelines Support project teams with clarification on quantities cost-related queries Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in MEP works estimation experience preferred Diploma B Tech in Electrical Mechanical or M Sc Mathematics Physics Robust numerical analytical skills Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel Good communication documentation skills Ability to work accurately with deadlines What We Offer Stable office-based role with structured responsibilities Opportunity to work with an experienced technical team Growth within fire-safety MEP estimation domains Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
