Job Title Logistics Assistant Company Thomas Baker Chemicals Pvt Ltd Location Ambernath Maharashtra Job Type Full-Time Salary 15 000 - 18 000 per month Timing 9 00 AM to 5 30 PM Benefits PF ESIC About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Logistics Assistant to manage dispatch coordination documentation and communication with bhiwandi warehouses Ambernath facility Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound logistics activities Coordinate with transporters and internal departments for dispatch planning Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents delivery challans invoices E-way bills Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries Maintain dispatch registers and stock movement records Liaise with warehouse staff for loading unloading and stock verification Generate and update dispatch reports in Excel Support compliance with transport and safety regulations Coordinate for export logistics if applicable Manage vehicle s goods carrier daily planning Coordinate with driver cleaner for timely movement to avoid gaps in transit Requirements Minimum 12th Pass Graduate preferred 1-2 years of experience in logistics dispatch or warehouse operations Working knowledge of MS Excel email communication E-way bill generation Good coordination documentation and follow-up skills Experience in the chemical or manufacturing sector is an added advantage Reliable detail-oriented and team player Working Days Monday to Saturday Job Type On-site Full-time Location Ambernath Maharashtra Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
