Engineer Executive Position Engineer Executive Experience Minimum 5 Years Location Head office Koregaon Park Department Projects Construction Engineering Liaisoning Reporting To Director of company Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage site execution activities as per approved drawings specifications and timelines Handle liaisoning with local authorities government departments consultants and utility agencies for approvals inspections and clearances Ensure compliance with statutory norms building regulations and project-specific requirements Supervise contractors vendors and site staff to ensure quality safety and timely completion of work Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports site records and measurement sheets Coordinate with design teams consultants and internal stakeholders to resolve site-level technical issues Ensure proper execution of civil MEP works as applicable in line with project plans Attend site meetings inspections and coordination meetings with authorities and consultants Maintain documentation related to approvals permits and correspondence with authorities Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction engineering projects Strong field work experience with hands-on site execution exposure Proven experience in liaisoning with government and local authorities municipal corporation RERA utilities etc Sound knowledge of construction practices drawings and site coordination Valuable communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders Preparation of BOQ S Educational Qualification Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Preferred Skills Familiarity with local building bye-laws and approval processes Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Proficiency in MS Office basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
