We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and streamline our daily business operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow coordinating between departments managing logistics and supporting overall operational efficiency Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone WhatsApp or email in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information regarding shipment status delivery timelines and order issues Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to resolve customer complaints or delays Maintain proper records of customer interactions feedback and issues Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support Operational Activities Oversee and assist in daily warehouse operations including packing labeling and sorting of goods Ensure accuracy in order picking packing and dispatch processes Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries Maintain cleanliness safety and organization of the packing and sorting area Perform quality checks to ensure items are packed according to company standards Update inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor Support inbound and outbound stock handling and documentation customer handling packing sorting Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
