Role Overview The F B MIS Executive is responsible for managing data collection analysis and reporting related to the Food Beverage operations This role ensures accurate and timely MIS Management Information System reports that support strategic decisions and operational efficiency in the F B department Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily weekly and monthly F B reports sales consumption variance wastage etc Monitor stock levels track food cost and support inventory control Analyze operational data to identify trends variances and areas of improvement Coordinate with Purchase Stores Kitchen and Accounts departments for data accuracy Support cost control initiatives and budget analysis Assist in menu engineering and profitability analysis Prepare performance dashboards and reports for management review Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards Key Skills Requirements Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management or Commerce preferred 1-3 years of experience in F B MIS or similar role Strong knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Dashboards etc Familiarity with inventory and POS systems like IDS Oracle SAP or similar Analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 15 08 2025
