Operations Executive Location S9 Maha Rajpur Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4 Sahibabad Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh 201010 Type Full-Time Reports To Head of Operations About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and optimize our daily manufacturing processes In this role you will act as the bridge between management and the production floor ensuring that goods are produced efficiently on time and to the highest quality standards You will play a vital role in supply chain coordination inventory management and continuous process improvement Key Responsibilities 1 Production Planning Coordination Assist in creating and executing daily weekly and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as necessary to minimize downtime and bottlenecks Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging supplies 2 Supply Chain Inventory Management Manage inventory levels of raw materials work-in-progress WIP and finished goods Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials Oversee logistics and dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery to clients distributors 3 Quality Assurance Control Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Conduct regular floor inspections to identify non-compliance or defects Collaborate with the Quality Control QC team to resolve production quality issues immediately 4 Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization using Lean Manufacturing Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies Analyse operational data KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE and waste rates to recommend improvements Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or safety 5 Health Safety Equipment Maintenance Ensure all operations comply with industry health and safety regulations e g OSHA local labour laws Coordinate routine maintenance schedules for machinery to prevent breakdowns Promote a culture of safety on the manufacturing floor Qualifications Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management Industrial Engineering or a related field Experience 2 years of proven experience in an operations or production role within the manufacturing industry Experience with ERP systems e g SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred Technical Skills Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables for data analysis Understanding of supply chain management and inventory control principles Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and quality management systems ISO 9001 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience operation executive 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
