Job Title Store Executive Storekeeper with Tally knowledge Contact Number (phone hidden) Walkin Time 12 pm to 3 pm Job Type Full-time Industry Manufacturing Retail Trading Logistics Experience 2-5 years Salary Negotiable Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Executive with strong proficiency in Tally ERP to manage and oversee inventory stock records and store operations The ideal candidate should ensure efficient inventory control maintain accurate stock data and support internal departments with timely dispatches and receipts Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory levels in the store Record all incoming and outgoing materials using Tally ERP Generate GRNs Delivery Challans Purchase Orders Invoices and Stock Registers in Tally Perform daily stock reconciliation and coordinate with accounts for physical verification Ensure timely material dispatch and inward entry Maintain proper labeling stacking and storage for all materials Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and dispatch planning Maintain Minimum Maximum stock level reports damage reports and slow-moving stock analysis Prepare monthly inventory and consumption reports Comply with company policies and safety regulations Required Skills Proficient in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations Good communication and coordination skills Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Word Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in Commerce Supply Chain or related field Hands-on training in Tally ERP is a plus 2 years of experience in a similar role Preferred Attributes Experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and handle physical stock verification Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Total Years of hands-on experience in Tally Years Work Location In person
