Job Title Senior Accountant Company SHAM PAINTS INDUSTRIES Experience Required Minimum 10 Years Location India Department Finance Accounts Reporting To Finance Head Director Job Summary SHAM PAINTS INDUSTRIES is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting taxation and financial compliance The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations statutory compliances audits and financial reporting for a manufacturing setup Key Responsibilities Manage complete books of accounts including GL AP AR and inventory accounting Preparation and finalization of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Handling GST compliance returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B reconciliation audits and notices TDS compliance including deduction returns and reconciliation Ensure compliance with Income Tax Companies Act and other statutory laws Coordination with statutory auditors tax auditors and internal auditors Preparation of MIS reports cost analysis and variance analysis Monitoring cash flow bank reconciliation and fund planning Handling manufacturing accounting including raw material WIP and finished goods Support management in budgeting forecasting and financial planning Supervise and guide junior accounting staff Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting Required Qualifications B Com M Com CA Inter preferred Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax and statutory compliances Experience in manufacturing or paint chemical industry preferred Proficiency in Tally ERP systems MS Excel Busy Software Robust analytical leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Preferred Skills Audit handling experience Costing and inventory control knowledge Excellent documentation and reporting skills Compensation As per industry standards and experience Performance-based growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
