Key Responsibilities 1 Instrument Operation Independently operate HPLC GC UV FTIR KF and other analytical instruments Perform routine analysis assay purity testing and identification Execute method development method verification and method validation where required Ensure proper mobile phase preparation column selection and instrument suitability 2 Analytical Testing Analyze raw material and finished goods for marker compounds impurities and assay values Perform chromatographic separation quantification and interpretation of peaks Carry out residual solvent testing on GC if applicable Handle stability studies accelerated samples and routine batch analysis 3 Documentation Reporting Record all results in logbooks worksheets and electronic systems as per ALCOA guidelines Generate and review chromatograms integration reports and analytical records Prepare COAs test reports and maintain raw data files Update instrument usage logs calibration records and maintenance registers 4 Calibration Maintenance Perform daily calibration checks and routine instrument maintenance Troubleshoot HPLC GC issues baseline drift peak shape problems pressure fluctuations Coordinate with service engineers for preventive maintenance and breakdown support 5 Compliance Safety Strictly follow GMP GLP WHO-GMP AYUSH FSSAI guidelines Ensure proper storage handling and disposal of solvents reagents and samples Follow laboratory safety SOPs and maintain a clean 5S-compliant workspace 6 Coordination Support Participate in audits internal external and provide required documentation Job Type Full time Pay 10 867 16 - 34 430 66 per month Work Location In person
