- Chartered Accountant Position Overview We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant CA with 2-3 years of skilled experience preferably from a Big Four firm or with a strong audit background The candidate will join our Finance team in an FP A role contributing to financial planning analysis and reporting Exposure to Direct Tax will be considered an added advantage Key Responsibilities Support financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making Prepare and review financial models MIS reports and dashboards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting Assist in tax planning and compliance with emphasis on Direct Tax Drive process improvements and automation in financial reporting Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and business performance reviews Required Qualifications Chartered Accountant CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience Background in Big Four firms or audit-focused roles preferred Strong knowledge of accounting standards audit practices and financial reporting Experience in FP A including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Exposure to Direct Tax compliance and advisory is desirable Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Excel financial modeling and ERP systems Compensation Estimated Package 13 LPA subject to candidate s qualifications and experience Additional benefits as per company policy Location - Surat Job Type Full-time Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 300 000 00 per year Experience Chartered Accountant 2 years Required Work Location In person
