We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MIS Executive MIS Team Lead to take ownership of our MIS function The ideal candidate will manage and guide the MIS team MIS Executives Data Analysts ensure data accuracy develop automated reporting systems and collaborate with management for data-driven decision-making This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and team management capability Key Responsibilities Lead supervise and mentor the MIS team MIS Executives and Data Analysts Plan allocate and monitor daily tasks for the team Develop maintain and automate MIS reports trackers and dashboards Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across all reports Coordinate with senior management and various departments to understand reporting requirements Build automation solutions using Google Apps Script and JavaScript Optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and turnaround time Present key findings and performance reports to senior management Establish best practices for data storage version control and documentation Train team members on Excel Google Sheets and analytical tools Required Technical Skills Advanced Excel Formulas Pivot Tables Dashboards Power Query Google Sheets Advanced functions data automation energetic reporting Google Apps Script JavaScript Automation custom tools workflow optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Eligibility Criteria Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on MIS experience Proven experience in team handling or leadership is mandatory Comfortable working 6 days a week Preferred location Candidate must reside in or near Kamla Nagar North Delhi Strong sense of responsibility ownership and attention to detail Job Type Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
