Job Summary The Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accurate financial records statutory compliance and timely reporting The role supports budgeting audits and financial control to maintain the organization s financial health Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts including journal entries ledgers and trial balance Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Reconcile bank statements cash and vendor accounts Ensure timely filing of GST TDS PF ESI and other statutory compliances Manage payroll accounting and salary-related entries Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets Assist in internal and external audits and provide required documentation Maintain proper documentation of invoices vouchers and financial records Coordinate with vendors auditors banks and internal departments Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP SAP etc Valuable understanding of GST TDS and statutory compliances Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure Educational Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance CA-Inter CMA-Inter M Com preferred not mandatory Experience 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience Experience in hospitality resort service industry is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
