Order Processing Coordinator WFH Share your CV at Sharmeen shaikh epicentertechnology com Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Inside Sales Specialist to prepare quotations process orders generate leads and provide exceptional support to customers Sales Managers and internal teams This role requires strong communication skills SAP experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment It s a work from home opportunity for one of our UD based client on the payroll of Epicenter Technology Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders for Beckwith products Maintain proactive communication and positive relationships with customers Coordinate and gather information for customer requests follow up on sales opportunities Estimate delivery dates resolve delivery issues and support demo product requests Enter and maintain customer and sales data in the ERP system Review client T Cs and highlight commercial risks Support US business time zones night shift max 8 hours 1-hour break Perform additional duties and special projects as needed Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Technical field or 4 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office advanced Excel skills Strong SAP experience required Excellent organizational communication and project management skills Ability to read technical documents schematics is a plus Prior experience supporting North American customers required Must have a quiet reliable remote workspace with stable power and high-speed internet Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Perks Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Work Location Remote
