- Day to day inspection and maintenance of Cement Plant equipment's
- Maintenance Pyro section, Work in Shift operation in Mechanical Pre.
- Ensure secure working by complying all the UTCL safety Standards.
- Comply to SBO, WTI, CAPA schedule and Near Miss recommendations.
- Carry out R1/R2. S1/S2 check as per the schedule. Daily check list.
- All the abnormalities to be recorded and plan rectification in next opportunities.
- To complete WHY WHY analysis and find the root causes for the breakdown.
- Comply to systems requirement, WCM, ISO, implementation at site.
- To identify and execute the improvement jobs.
- Spares & maintenance planning for routine, short term & for shut down.
