Job description Job Summary The QC Testing Technician performs routine tests on PVC compounds to ensure product quality meets industry standards The role involves testing physical properties fire retardancy and chemical stability and working with production teams to resolve quality issues Key Responsibilities - Conduct physical chemical and fire retardant tests on PVC compounds - Document results and recommend corrective actions to production teams - Maintain and calibrate testing equipment - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols - Collaborate on quality improvements and address customer complaints - Data entry analysis - Good knowledge of polymer processing and testing methods - Proficiency in operating and maintaining QC lab equipment - Solid understanding of color matching and shade approval process Qualifications - Experience in PVC compound testing preferred - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - B Sc M Sc in Polymer Science Chemistry or Diploma B Tech in Plastics Polymer Engineering Fresher Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Work Location In person
