Job Summary The Operations Executive - Air Ambulance is responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end air ambulance missions ensuring safe timely and efficient patient transfers This role involves close coordination with medical teams aviation partners hospitals airports and ground ambulance providers while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and patient care Key Responsibilities Mission Coordination Plan and execute domestic and international air ambulance missions from request to completion Coordinate with pilots aircraft operators medical crew and ground ambulance services Monitor flight schedules weather conditions and regulatory requirements Receive Calls and address all the Air Ambulance queries Medical Hospital Coordination Liaise with hospitals doctors and medical staff for patient details and transfer requirements Ensure availability of required medical equipment and onboard medical setup Coordinate bed-to-bed patient transfers Documentation Compliance Prepare and manage flight permissions overflight and landing permits visas and customs documentation Maintain accurate mission logs reports and records in internal software Client Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for patients families hospitals and corporate clients Provide regular mission updates and handle urgent queries professionally Operations Control Monitor missions in real time and manage contingencies or emergencies Ensure cost-effective operations without compromising safety or care quality Support 24 7 operations on a rotational or on-call basis Qualifications Skills Education Graduate in Aviation Management Hospital Administration Logistics Operations or related field Relevant certifications in aviation or healthcare operations are an advantage Any Graduate can be considered Experience 1-4 years of experience in aviation operations air ambulance emergency medical services or logistics Experience in international operations Skills Competencies Strong coordination and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills English Hindi mandatory Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical situations Good understanding of aviation and medical operations Proficiency in MS Office and operations management tools Working Conditions 24 7 operational environment with rotational shifts High-pressure mission-critical role requiring quick decision-making Mandatory Points Candidates should be serving notice period early joiners preferred Strong communication skills English Hindi mandatory Please check for stability positive communication skills and experience in any industry such as aviation operations air ambulance emergency medical services or logistics Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Location Bengaluru Karnataka Preferred Work Location In person
