Job Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for planning executing monitoring and closing infrastructure projects such as industrial structures PEB buildings roads utilities and civil construction works The role demands strong leadership technical expertise and the ability to manage resources timelines budgets vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution including planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation Ensure work is executed in compliance with project specifications drawings codes safety standards and contractual requirements Prepare project schedules using MS Project Primavera and track progress against the baseline plan Coordinate with clients consultants architects contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues Conduct site inspections and monitor progress quality and safety Prepare and review BOQ rate analysis bar bending schedule material requirement plan and cost control reports Vendor and subcontractor management including work allocation performance review and certification of bills Manage project documentation including daily reports work permits drawings correspondence and MIS Conduct progress review meetings with internal and external stakeholders Forecast risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including labour safety and environmental regulations Ensure project hand-over as-built documentation testing commissioning and final billing Required Skills Competencies Solid knowledge of civil engineering standards infrastructure construction methods PEB industrial building systems and project management principles Qualifications Experience B Tech B E in Civil Engineering preferred or related discipline 6-12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure industrial PEB commercial construction projects PMP PMA Project Management Certification added advantage Key Performance Indicators KPIs On-time project delivery Cost adherence and reduction Quality compliance Safety performance Client satisfaction Efficiency in resource subcontractor management Excellent leadership team management and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD MS Project Primavera Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good negotiation and communication abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
