Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Phonics Teacher to deliver engaging systematic phonics instruction to young learners The ideal candidate will help students develop strong foundational reading spelling and pronunciation skills using age-appropriate multisensory teaching strategies Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver structured phonics lessons aligned with the curriculum Teach letter-sound relationships blending segmenting and decoding skills Use interactive methods such as songs stories games and visual aids Assess students reading progress and maintain individual learning records Provide targeted support to struggling readers Create a positive inclusive and child-friendly learning workplace Communicate regularly with parents and school staff regarding student progress Participate in training meetings and curriculum development activities Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field preferred Certification or training in Phonics Early Literacy preferred Experience teaching early years or primary students Strong understanding of synthetic phonics principles Excellent communication and classroom management skills Patience creativity and enthusiasm for working with children Experience Minimum 1 years of experience teaching phonics or early reading skills Experience with early childhood learners ages 3-7 preferred What We Offer Competitive salary Supportive academic workplace Teaching resources and training support Opportunities for professional growth Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 408 98 - 49 825 20 per month Work Location In person
