We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Manager to handle procurement of raw materials components and services for our plastic processing machinery division The candidate must be strong in negotiation vendor management and sourcing new suppliers to ensure best quality cost and delivery timelines Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement of mechanical electrical and fabrication-related items Identify evaluate and develop new vendors to expand sourcing options Negotiate prices terms credit periods and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and ensure timely supplies Coordinate with the Material Management and Production teams to understand material requirements and ensure uninterrupted flow of materials Prepare purchase orders follow up on deliveries and resolve supply issues Conduct periodic vendor evaluations based on quality pricing delivery and service Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company purchase policies Track market trends raw material prices and cost-saving opportunities Work closely with accounts for vendor payments and reconciliation Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Supply Chain or related field 3-6 years experience in purchase procurement in a manufacturing or machinery industry Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills Knowledge of SAP MM module preferred but not mandatory Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
