REEL India Services Pvt Limited is a subsidiary company of REEL International REEL is an industrial group specializing in complex lifting and handling equipment s as well as integrated systems solutions These systems are integrated into its clients processes across the world in various domains such as aeronautics defense energy metallurgy offshore and industry Position Key responsibilities include Responsible for supporting development of vendor manufacturing base in India for REEL BU s both for local and global businesses Key contributor towards fabrication and localization setup Responsible for supporting vendor development and conducting supplier audits Ensuring that products or services meet established standards of quality Ensuring site QMS Quality Management System compliance with Reel and regional standards as well as ISO9001 IRIS requirements Maintain Reel Group s internal compliance standards Ensure reliability and performance Preparing and analyzing QMS assessments conducted by certification bodies and key customers Organizing internal audits and managing action plans resulting from audit findings Monitoring manufacturing operations testing products for flaws and reporting defects Contribute and help in identifying process gaps and implement process improvement plans Liaison with contractors project teams and applicable stakeholders to resolve quality related issues Adherence to codes and standards Supporting the organization of Process Reviews and Quality Management Reviews Ensuring effective documentation management and communication of QMS updates Develop strong working relationships with key Business stakeholders internal and external Requirements Key Skills BE BTech in mechanical engineering A minimum 15-18 years of professional experience preferably in Metals Mining industry Green Belt Six Sigma CWS AWS Knowledge on global quality procedures and guidelines Knowledge on ISO regulations and guidelines Demonstrated ability to comprehend analyze and interpret Gap identification and analysis excellent attention to detail Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business setting Advanced Microsoft Office skills Should be open to travel at sites as and when required Other information Job is located at Kolkata- 700091 West Bengal India
