Job description Plan design and oversee the implementation of MEP systems HVAC electrical fire protection plumbing Review and interpret technical drawings plans and specifications Coordinate with architects structural engineers and other disciplines Supervise MEP subcontractors and ensure work is completed to standard and on time Conduct quality control checks testing and commissioning of MEP systems Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and health safety standards Prepare and review BOQs shop drawings as-built drawings and technical submittals Attend site meetings resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions Monitor project timelines budgets and resource allocations related to MEP works Ensure documentation and reports are updated and submitted in a timely manner Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field 3-10 years of experience in MEP design installation and supervision Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical fire-fighting and building systems Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and MEP design software Familiarity with relevant codes and standards e g ASHRAE NFPA IEC etc Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting PMP or equivalent certification is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
