Role Description LSEG is undertaking an ambitious programme to digitise our enterprise Global Business Services on the ServiceNow platform We are transforming our existing ServiceNow product families ITSM HRSD ITBM and internally developed platform applications and digitising other enterprise workflows onto the Enterprise Service Management Platform ServiceNow Tech Profile Essential Skills Demonstrable experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on involvement in ServiceNow implementations and custom application development In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture including Service Portal Service Catalog and related modules Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions for complex business requirements Solid project management skills capable of prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently Superb communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients collaborators and team members Preferred Skills and Experience Have a degree in a computer science engineering or similar technical field - A good relevant degree is desirable but experience and the right approach to work are just as important ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator CSA and Certified Implementation Specialist CIS are a plus Experience in other IT Service Management tools or enterprise platforms will be advantageous Detailed Responsibilities Architecture and Solution Design Design and architect end-to-end solutions based on business requirements Create technical specifications integration points and data mapping documentation Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards Experience and Project Management Successfully deliver ServiceNow projects in a lead role Collaborate with project managers and team members to manage project timelines Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities Custom Applications Development Develop custom applications workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform Implement enhancements to existing applications Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to custom applications Key Relationships ESM Platform Architecture Lead ESM Platform Software Development Lead ESM Product Owners ServiceNow Developers Business Analysts Agile Delivery Managers Scrum Masters Proud to share LSEG in the India is Great Place to Work certified Jun 25 -
