Job description Unitac Group Founded more than two decades ago this multi core company focuses on telecom infrastructure in India Over the years the group has proven its might in a multitude of fields including the telecom logistics and trading sector construction wing and hospitality with a manpower of 1500-2000 heads A Finance executive responsibility begins with having excellent accounting and analytical skills is responsible for handling all financial processes of the organization implementing financial policies creating budgets keeping track of financial transactions and providing the managerial team with finance reports Responsibilities and Duties Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales Purchase Payment receipts purchase Order expenses bank etc Keep Books of Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions Maintain all the records files in a proper manner Record all expenses and review those expenses keep the track of expenses every month Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST Returns TDS and other compliances within due date Generating invoices and challan in the company s software on a day-to-day basis Prepare and submit weekly monthly reports Record and maintain P L balance sheet and other financial statements and share the P L on monthly basis to the Management Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations Communication with assigned circle of our business related sales purchases and other expenses Acts as a spoke person with circles auditors and other vendors if required The candidate should actively part of the end to end finance process of the business Bridge between the Management and circle project team Self-Auditing REQUIREMENTS CA -Intermediate Level Mcom Bcom MBA with Finance 3- 5 years of experience in relevant field Positive knowledge of GST TDS other accounting terms Good command over MS-Excel MS-Word Good understanding of accounting principles Knowledge in Accounting soft wares like Tally SAP etc Basic knowledge of banking E- way bills and other similar work Ability to keep documents and data well organized Good Verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to handle multiple assigned works properly Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Master s Preferred Experience Finance 3 years Preferred total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
