Driven by the passion to improve quality of people s lives WSA continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people more effectively We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst - Master Data Management to manage and govern vendor master data across our Finance and Procurement functions This role is critical in ensuring accurate vendor records compliant supplier onboarding and seamless financial and procurement operations across ERP platforms You will act as a key liaison between Finance Procurement Compliance and vendors ensuring high data integrity strong controls and continuous process improvement What you will do Create maintain and govern vendor master data ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance across ERP systems Own end-to-end supplier onboarding workflows with a strong focus on Zycus including validation and approval of vendor documentation prior to ERP integration Perform independent verification of vendor banking details and supporting documentation in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements Execute data cleansing activities resolve discrepancies and prevent duplicate or inaccurate vendor records Collaborate with Procurement Finance Supply Chain Legal and Compliance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information Identify process improvement opportunities maintain SOPs DTPs support reporting and provide guidance or training to internal users What you bring 6-10 years of experience in vendor master data management finance operations or shared services environments Strong understanding of procurement processes supplier lifecycle management and vendor compliance requirements Hands-on experience with Zycus for supplier onboarding and vendor master maintenance along with ERP systems e g Infor SAP Oracle or similar Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality controls and audit readiness Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of MS Office applications Strong communication skills a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Who we are At WSA we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services Together with our 12 000 colleagues in 130 countries we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world With us you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another welcome diversity and celebrate our successes Sounds wonderful We can t wait to hear from you WSA is an equal-chance employer and committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for all Regardless of race color religion national origin age sex gender gender identity gender expression sexual orientation marital status medical condition ancestry disability military or veteran status we firmly believe that our work is at its best when everyone feels free to be their most authentic self
