The Claims Executive is responsible for handling insurance claims from initiation to settlement The role involves coordinating with clients insurance companies surveyors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim processing while delivering excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Receive register and process insurance claims as per company and insurer guidelines Verify claim documents for accuracy and completeness Coordinate with insurance companies TPAs surveyors garages hospitals and other third parties Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely settlement Communicate claim status updates clearly to clients Maintain proper claim records files and MIS reports Resolve customer queries and handle claim-related grievances professionally Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
