Dear Candidate We are hiring a Store Accounts Executive for our Civil Construction projects The ideal candidate should have experience in handling site store operations along with accounts responsibilities in a construction environment and working knowledge of ERP software Position Store Accounts Executive Industry Civil Construction Location Samastipur Bihar Experience 2-5 Years Salary As per industry standards Key Responsibilities Store Responsibilities Maintain proper records of material inward and outward at site store Issue materials as per site requirement and maintain stock register Prepare and maintain GRN delivery challans and material records Coordinate with purchase team for material requirements Conduct regular physical stock verification Ensure proper stacking and safety of materials Accounts Responsibilities Maintain daily purchase expense and petty cash entries Verify and maintain vendor bills and invoices Prepare material consumption and expense reports Support billing and documentation work from site Maintain proper documentation for audit and accounts team ERP Responsibilities GRN entry material issue entry and stock update in ERP Purchase and expense entries in ERP system Check stock reports and vendor ledger in ERP Maintain item codes units and records in the system Requirements Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting Must have working knowledge of ERP software Tally Busy Marg SAP or any construction ERP Experience in construction site store handling is mandatory Good record-keeping and coordination skills Ability to work at project site Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
