Social Media Executive Social Media Executive is responsible for creating executing and managing engaging content across social media platforms This role requires creativity confidence on camera strong storytelling skills and a clear understanding of how content performs on different platforms You will be involved end-to-end from ideation and shooting to posting and performance tracking Key Responsibilities Shooting quality photos and videos for social media platforms Reels Shorts Posts Stories for clients and as well as for in house content Creating scripts for videos reels and promotional content Giving voiceovers and acting confidently in front of the camera when required Ideating creative content aligned with brand goals trends and audience behavior Coordinating with editors for final outputs Posting content on platforms such as Instagram Facebook YouTube and others as required Writing engaging captions hooks and hashtags to maximize reach and engagement Scheduling posts to maintain consistency and improve audience exposure Monitoring content performance reach engagement views and suggesting improvements Staying updated with social media trends audio challenges and formats Coordinating with the marketing and design teams for campaign execution Actively participating in shoot preparation location setup and ensuring timely deliverables Paying close attention to details during shoots and content execution Requirements Bachelor s degree in Social Media Marketing or a related field preferred Fresher or 1 year of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing Robust on-camera confidence Skills in scripting and communication skills Creative mindset with positive ideation and execution ability Clear understanding of social media algorithms and posting best practices Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Proficient in using smartphones cameras and social media apps Candidate must have a laptop in good working condition Only Surat Local Candidates are Preferred All the best Company Perks Abundance of Growth Opportunities Employee-Friendly Work Environment Cell Phone Reimbursement Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Social media marketing 1 year Preferred Language Gujarati Preferred Work Location In person
