What will you own As a Senior Product Designer at Pice you will be tasked with designing a consumer-grade mobile and web experience for our upcoming suite of business tools aimed at GST-registered Indian SMEs You ll work closely with product and engineering to craft intuitive elegant interfaces that simplify complex financial workflows like invoicing payments and credit You ll be responsible for maintaining a high bar of visual quality accessibility and consistency while contributing to the design system mentoring peers and advocating for user needs through research-backed design decisions Your craft will directly shape how Indian businesses experience and trust Pice Skills Qualifications Required 1 3-6 years of product design experience at a consumer tech startup with a focus on payments or fintech 2 Proven Experience expertise in UI UX design for mobile and web-platforms 3 Ability to deliver polished intuitive user experiences in financial payment workflows 4 Product Design Problem Solving Ability to solve complex user problems through UX Ul design creating mock-ups prototypes and documenting interaction patterns 5 Design Tools Proficiency Demonstrated experience with design tools such as Figmal Adobe Creative Cloud etc Design Principles Knowledge of design principles including typography layout imagery color theory and creating efficiencies in visual design workflows 6 Collaborative Communicator Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a history of success working in cross-functional teams 7 Portfolio Presentation Must have a portfolio showcasing previous design work 8 Exposure to B2B finance tools invoicing platforms or ERP systems - Positive to have Roles Responsibilities 1 Design and ship high-quality user interfaces components and patterns in a systematic detail-oriented way Ensures the coded implementations are consistent with designs 2 Proficient in maintaining component and style libraries in Figma 3 Has a solid understanding of visual design typography color and hierarchy 4 Has a strong interest in creating beautiful accessible experiences and has an eagerness to learn and apply WCAG 2 1 AA guidelines 5 Use research and evidence to improve and evaluate solutions for customers developers and designers 6 Accept provide candid feedback to fellow designers and the entire product team in building polished user experiences 7 Collaborate frequently with UX Engineering and Product to ensure a cohesive design language across the entire user experience
