Key Responsibilities Perform cable and wire harness assembly as per drawings schematics and work instructions Carry out soldering crimping and connector terminations following IPC WHMA-A-620 or equivalent standards Inspect assemblies for quality compliance and ensure adherence to customer and internal specifications Support testing and continuity checks using multimeters and other test equipment Maintain proper documentation of work orders inspection reports and assembly logs Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to address technical or process-related issues Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement Ensure proper handling of tools materials and ESD-sensitive components Adhere to safety and workplace protocols at all times 2-4 years of experience in cable assembly wire harnessing or related electrical assembly work Hands-on experience with soldering crimping tools and cable testing instruments Basic understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams Familiarity with Aerospace Defense manufacturing standards is an advantage Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship Strong sense of responsibility discipline and teamwork Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience Wiring Harness 2 years Required Work Location In person
