Responsibilities Needs to take role in the company share issue procedures like Company valuation processes preparation of projections preparation of statutory documents to be shared to stakeholders and ROC Communication with Valuers on explaining the projections and detailing the logics used for making the projections Preparation of share issue offer documents proper documentation for Company statutory meetings its resolution passing and intimation with ROC Make realistic cash flow projections for the Company after considering the statutory requirements to be met prioritising the payments and the receivables position of the Company Preparation of budgets and periodical analysis of the same with actual financial performance Preferred Skills BCom Graduates with relevant accounting finance certifications Strong academic understanding of Accounting Finance Taxation and Corporate Laws Technical Skills Positive working knowledge of Accounting fundamentals journal entries Financial statements Basic GST TDS Income Tax concepts Excel must be comfortable with formulas basic analysis Tally ERP or willingness to learn company-specific software Ability to prepare basic projections analysis reports and reconciliations training will be provided Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Good communication skills written verbal Ability to understand document and explain financial assumptions Willingness to learn valuation ROC documentation and statutory procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and responsibility Added Advantage Not Mandatory Internship experience in Accounting Finance Audit Exposure to financial modelling or analysis during academics Familiarity with corporate compliance terms ROC resolutions meetings Salary- 2 4 LPA -3 6 LPA Certifications Accepted Tally Prime Tally ERP GST Practitioner GST Basics Advanced Excel Data Analysis with Excel Financial Accounting Corporate Accounting Certification SAP Fundamentals of ERP Financial Modelling basic Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 240 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Work Location In person
