Company Description Touracle formerly Kerala Holiday Mart is a travel company specializing in creating unique traveler experiences across South Indian States and the Andaman Islands Established in 2007 we curate customized tours and vacation packages for discerning travelers looking for a holistic travel experience With over a decade of experience our team of travel experts ensures unforgettable travel experiences Key Responsibilities Handle reservations via phone email and online platforms Provide accurate information on availability pricing and services Process bookings cancellations modifications and special requests Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products packages and promotions Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure client requirements are met Manage customer queries complaints and feedback in a professional manner Prepare daily weekly reservation reports and update records in the system Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards Requirements Bachelor s degree Diploma in Tourism Hospitality or a related field Minimum 3-4 years of experience in reservations preferably in travel tourism or hospitality Proficiency in MS Office and reservation booking software Amadeus Galileo Sabre or similar preferred Solid communication skills in English and Hindi knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail with strong organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
