Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic detail-oriented and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team The ideal candidate will be a passionate traveler with exceptional customer service and sales skills capable of curating customized domestic and international travel itineraries that meet our clients specific needs preferences and budgets Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Planning Consult with clients in-person by phone or virtually to understand their travel needs preferences budget and time constraints Research recommend and create customized travel packages itineraries and experiences leisure or corporate Booking Logistics Organize and book all aspects of travel including flights accommodations hotels resorts vacation rentals car rentals cruises and activities tours Handle ticket issuance cancellations reissues and refunds efficiently Customer Service Support Provide clients with essential travel information including visa passport requirements travel insurance customs weather conditions and health advisories Handle unforeseen issues complaints and travel emergencies promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and ensure a positive experience Sales Relationship Management Promote and sell travel products and services such as travel packages and upgrades Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Develop and maintain professional relationships with hotels airlines and other travel vendors to negotiate best possible rates and packages Industry Knowledge Stay up-to-date with the latest domestic and international travel trends industry news regulations and popular destinations Attend relevant webinars conferences and training sessions to maintain product and destination expertise Required Skills and Qualifications Fresher or Proven experience e g 1 year as a Travel Consultant Travel Agent or a similar role Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations travel services and industry best practices Proficiency in at least one major computer reservation system GDS e g Sabre Amadeus Galileo or specialized travel booking software Excellent customer service communication verbal and written and presentation skills Solid sales acumen with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Required Education Degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or a related field is a plus Preferred Qualifications Certification from a recognized travel organization Personal international travel experience Fluency in a second language english and malayalam Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
