We are looking for an HR Compliance Manager in Facility Industry Experience 5 Yrs Salary UP TO 40K Location Sector 74A Gurgaon Key Responsibilities Regulatory Monitoring Keep abreast of federal state and local labor laws and regulations to ensure the company s policies and practices are up-to-date and compliant Policy Development and Implementation Create modify and implement company policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and internal standards Auditing and Risk Management Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Training and Guidance Provide compliance training and guidance to HR staff and management ensuring they understand and apply compliance regulations Employee Relations Advise on complex employee relations issues ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions in line with company policies Investigation and Reporting Lead investigations into alleged compliance violations and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders Data Security Ensure the secure handling and protection of sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy regulations Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
