Job Title - In-House Social Media Content Creator Location - Lavelle Road Bangalore Department - Marketing Brand Communications Role Summary We are looking for a creative resourceful and proactive Social Media Content Creator to join our Lavelle Road branch team You ll be responsible for ideating producing and executing content across social media platforms that aligns with our brand voice and values You will collaborate closely with our marketing design and operations teams to ensure cohesion and creativity while helping engage our audience build brand awareness drive client acquisitions and retain loyalty Key Responsibilities Develop content strategies and monthly quarterly content calendars tailored for each social platform Instagram Facebook YouTube TikTok etc Create high-quality on-brand content graphics short videos Reels carousels stories educational posts e g skin tips treatment explanations before- after showcases client testimonials Photograph and video-shoot in-clinic content treatments in action behind the scenes staff spotlights client interactions Edit photos videos ensuring consistency in style tone and aesthetics Collaborate with design creative team or external agencies if needed to ensure graphic assets branding and layouts are top-notch Engage with social media community respond to comments messages moderate feed gather feedback trends Monitor social media metrics and insights track KPIs engagement reach leads etc and prepare regular reports use insights to refine content strategy Stay updated on social media trends platform updates aesthetic content innovations in skincare beauty wellness industries Coordinate with other branches the central marketing team if applicable to ensure consistency and leverage cross-branch content opportunities Assist in managing social media ad campaigns briefing creatives small edits monitoring performance Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Mass Media Visual Arts Design or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience producing content photos videos graphics for social media preferably in beauty wellness skincare domain Strong visual sense proficiency in photography videography basics experience with editing tools e g Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop Premiere Pro After Effects Lightroom or mobile tools like CapCut Premiere Rush etc Experience creating short-form video content Reels Shorts Good written communication skills ability to write captions copy sometimes longer form content blogs newsletters treatment descriptions in a tone that resonates with the target audience Understanding of social media platforms their best practices algorithm changes format specs etc Positive organizational skills ability to plan ahead juggle multiple tasks meet deadlines Creative thinker up to date with trends in digital content beauty wellness and social media culture Contact - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
