Software Engineer to super charge our team and help us scale our products About this roll Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer proficient in Java Kotlin with a strong background in building scalable and robust software and data products The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles and desire to build own products from scratch Design develop and maintain high-quality software solutions adhering to best practices and coding standards Lead the development of new features and functionalities from concept to deployment working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and other engineers Architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions to solve complex business problems specifically in the Ads Tech space Mentor and guide junior engineers providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives Participate in code reviews design discussions and technical meetings to ensure the quality and reliability of the software Do you have the right ingredients Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field Extensive qualified experience minimum 6 years as a software engineer Proven track record of building and delivering complex software products from scratch preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and data structures Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices including version control systems e g Git CI CD pipelines and agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Special Sauce Nonessential Skills Nice to Haves Experience in an early stage technology startup Experience building products from scratch is a huge plus Experience building 3rd party integrations Experience in Ads Tech working with Google Ads APIs Meta APIs and or TikTok APIs is highly desirable Experience in machine learning Experience with
