- Sr Project Manager Interiors Civil Company SPAR TECHNOVET PRIVATE LIMITED Location Anangpur Village Faridabad Haryana Project Sites PAN India Department Projects - Civil Interiors Position Sr Project Manager - Interiors Civil Type Full-time Site Head Office based About SPAR Technovet Pvt Ltd SPAR Technovet is a turnkey design and execution company specializing in luxury residential commercial and retail fit-out solutions With in-house capabilities in design manufacturing and execution we deliver bespoke and large-scale projects with international quality benchmarks Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager Interiors Civil to lead end-to-end project delivery The role requires strong expertise in civil engineering interior execution project planning and stakeholder management The Sr Project Manager will be accountable for ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with the company s commitment to excellence quality and client satisfaction Key Responsibilities Lead the planning execution and delivery of civil and interior fit-out projects from inception to handover Manage a team of project engineers site engineers supervisors and contractors across multiple sites Develop project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans Review and validate GFC drawings shop drawings BOQs and technical submittals Coordinate between clients consultants architects design teams and vendors for seamless execution Monitor site progress quality standards and safety compliance Ensure effective MEP coordination within civil and interior works Oversee material procurement schedules in coordination with purchase and logistics teams Conduct periodic project reviews and present progress reports to senior management and clients Handle project risks resolve site-level challenges and implement corrective measures Validate contractor vendor bills and manage cost control Ensure final quality checks snag rectifications and timely handover of projects Qualifications Skills B E B Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory 12-15 years of experience in civil and interior fit-out project management residential retail hospitality or corporate Proven track record of leading large turnkey interior projects Robust knowledge of construction materials interior finishes and execution methodologies Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and MS Office tools Strong leadership negotiation and decision-making skills Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Ability to manage multiple projects sites simultaneously under strict timelines Preferred Background Experience in renowned interior contracting firms turnkey solution companies or PMCs Exposure to luxury interiors and high-end project execution Familiarity with international standards of quality and safety What We Offer Opportunity to work on prestigious high-value projects Competitive compensation package with performance-linked benefits Leadership role in a fast-growing turnkey solutions company Collaborative and innovative work culture with long-term growth prospects Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
