Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage construction sites ensuring compliance with safety protocols quality standards and project timelines - Coordinate with contractors laborers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals - Conduct site inspections identify defects and implement corrective actions - Prepare and submit reports on project progress quality and safety - Collaborate with project managers engineers and architects to resolve technical issues - Ensure adherence to organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements Requirements - Diploma in Civil Engineering - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety protocols - Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prepare and submit reports on project progress quality and safety - Collaborate with project managers engineers and architects to resolve technical issues - Ensure adherence to organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements Job Type Full time Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
