Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our growing online business The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and at least one other USA-based marketplace such as Walmart eBay Etsy or Wayfair This role involves assisting with day-to-day marketplace operations product listings order management and basic advertising support to ensure smooth business operations and sales growth Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces Create update and optimize product listings titles bullet points descriptions images keywords Monitor product inventory pricing and competitor activity Support in handling FBA FBM orders shipment creation and tracking Help in generating reports on sales traffic and ad performance Manage customer service by responding to buyer queries reviews and return requests Assist in running basic PPC ads Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands on Amazon and support promotions on other marketplaces Coordinate with internal teams for product content pricing and marketing strategies Ensure marketplace compliance with platform rules and policies Requirements 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce Amazon experience required plus familiarity with Walmart eBay or other USA marketplaces preferred Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central tools listing creation inventory reports FBA FBM processes Basic understanding of marketplace advertising PPC campaigns Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Good written and verbal communication in English Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets for reporting and data handling Preferred Skills Experience with tools like Helium 10 Jungle Scout or SellerApp Exposure to Walmart Seller Center eBay Seller Hub or Etsy dashboards Knowledge of returns reimbursements and FBA reconciliation Job Type Full time Pay 13 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month
