Experience 2-4 yrs Location Kharadi Job Summary The Planning Engineer plays a critical role in the successful execution of projects by developing monitoring and updating project schedules and ensuring effective coordination among project stakeholders This role involves analyzing project performance identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion within budget and scope Key Responsibilities Develop Detailed Project Schedules using advanced tools e g MS Project Primavera Establish Baselines and Milestones to track project progress Monitor Project Progress against baseline schedules identifying variances and delays Generate Progress Reports and present findings to stakeholders Prepare Earned Value Analysis EVA to assess project performance and forecast completion Collaborate Closely with project managers site teams contractors and consultants for updates Resolve Scheduling Conflicts and propose solutions to optimize timelines Conduct Scenario Analyses to assess the impact of schedule changes and recommend project acceleration Ensure Optimal Allocation of Resources including manpower materials and equipment Maintain Accurate Records of schedules revisions and related documentation for audit purposes Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a Master s degree in Project Management 2-4 years of relevant experience in project planning Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD and other planning software Should have experience in Mivan Strong liaison skills and experience in drafting coordination Knowledge of RERA guidelines will be beneficial Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Experience MSP 1 year Required Work Location In person
