Role Summary Responsible for managing financial transactions export billing and documentation for international trade activities Ensures compliance with customs regulations tax laws and oversees financial reporting for export operations Key Responsibilities Prepare and review invoices packing lists bills of lading and certificates of origin for export shipments Maintain ledgers manage bookkeeping and perform monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting specific to export activities Reconcile bank accounts trade receivables and payables related to export transactions Process GST TDS and other statutory compliance for export billing as per regulatory norms Coordinate with customs authorities freight forwarders and logistics partners for seamless customs clearance Handle foreign currency payments international banking activities and manage letters of credit LCs Track and analyze costs freight charges and currency exchange risk related to export transactions Ensure diligent maintenance of export documentation and compliance with company and government guidelines Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation for export transactions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA CA ACCA preferred 5 years of experience in accounting specifically with export documentation and billing Strong knowledge of international trade regulations customs duties GST and TDS Proficiency in accounting software Tally Zoho Books SAP or similar Hands-on experience in handling letters of credit LC and export finance Meticulous attention to financial records and documentation Robust communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external agencies Skills Expertise in export documentation trade finance and statutory compliance for global operations Advanced analytical and cost-management skills Ability to multitask manage deadlines and work accurately under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
